This dress is perfect for dressing up or down. (Yes you can do a dress casual 
) It is made from the super soft tee shirt material but is a bit heavier so it doesn't cling. The sleeves are 3/4 or full length on my short arms. Each side of the dress has slits that go just below my knee. I am pictured in the 1X. I could have sized up but didn't want to.
